Member Education Resource Centre

Client: 

Manulife Financial Corporation is a Canadian multinational insurance company and financial services provider headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The company operates in Canada and Asia as “Manulife” and in the United States primarily through its John Hancock Financial division.


Through Manulife’s Member Education Resource Centre (MERC), plan sponsors have access to education campaigns for their staff. Helping them accesses appropriate education campaigns, to not only make the most of their group retirement program but also improve their overall financial health. 


Brief:

- using the Manulife brand guidelines, create 42 Education campaigns 

- create sample materials which will serve as a guide to all other collateral


Goals and Objectives:

- in a 1-year timeframe, create campaigns based on various high-interest subjects

- support the plan sponsors with self-serve campaigns contained on the external hub

- education plan members through the life of the plan  

- self-serve pieces that were relevant to the education topic they wanted to share with their employees.
